FHAA

The Fair Housing Amendments Act and the Federal Fair Housing Act make housing discrimination in the sale, financing, or rental of housing or housing-related services unlawful if based upon:

Color
Religion
National Origin

Gender
Familial Status (having children in the home under the age of 18)
Disability
