Reiskin et al. v. Greyhound Lines, Inc., 20-cv-02605-WJM-NRN


Once again, CCDC and Executive Director Julie Reiskin have needed to file a lawsuit against Greyhound. The Complaint was filed in the United States District Court for the District Court of Colorado on August 27, 2020. The Complaint and Media Release are below.

On September 10, 2021, Plaintiffs filed a motion seeking to join a new party to the case and requesting that the court amend the complaint to include class action allegations. We await the Court’s ruling on this motion.
