Legal

CCDC is a grassroots, non-profit disability rights organization.  The CCDC Legal Program brings lawsuits on behalf of CCDC and its members to enforce the ADA and other statutes that protect the civil rights of persons with disabilities.

The Legal Program Director is Kevin Williams.  Kevin has been the Legal Program Director since the program was established in 1997.  Kevin received his law degree from the University of Denver College of Law.

Carrie Ann Lucas is the director of the Center for Rights of Parents with Disabilities.  Carrie is an Equal Justice Works fellow.  Carrie received her law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

Briana McCarten is the Legal Program Assistant.
