Winter Park, Colorado hotel advertising accessible rooms refused to provide such a room for mother and daughter who uses wheelchair even after room had been confirmed. Hotel owners and operators engaged in hostile behavior when mother complained and demanded that mother sign a release attesting to the adequacy of accommodations and threatening to have the police present when mother and daughter arrived at hotel.
Status
