Issues
Stephany’s Chocolates refuses to allow any people with disabilities to participate on a public tour of their candy factory unless accompanied one-on-one by an attendant. In addition they prohibit anyone who uses a wheelchair, walker or cane from participating on the public candy factory tour.
Status
The complaint was filed on January 24, 2006. The case was dismissed in May 2006 due to the bankruptcy of Stephany's Chocolates.
