Issues
Cinamas showing independent and foreign films with inaccessible theaters would not roate fims into accessible theaters, would not inform patrons about which films were being shown in the accessible theaters, and removed accessible seating sections from accessible theaters. In addition consession stands and other amenities were not accessible.
Status
Case was settled with access improvements at the Mayan, Chez Artiste and Esquire theaters in Denver.
