Abercrombie & Fitch and Hollister Stores

Citation

CCDC, et al. v. Abercrombie & Fitch Co., et al., 09-cv-02757-ZLW

Issues

Hollister stores are designed to prevent access to customers who use wheelchairs by building stairs at the entrance, locking accessible doors during business hours, blocking the interior's access aisles with merchandise and decorations, and serving customers at counters that are too high.

Abercrombie & Fitch stores prevent access to customers who use wheelchairs by serving customers at counters that are too high and failing to design an accessible aisle throughout the store.
