Plaintiff Daisy Midthun is deaf and has received services from Women’s Health Care Associates (“WHCA”). Ms. Midthun has informed WHCA that the interpreters it provided were not communicating effectively as is required under the ADA. She requested different interpreters. WHCA responded that she is not entitled to interpreters of her choice.

On October 25, 2010, the Court dismissed Plaintiffs' complaint.
