Disability Community Seminar: Accessing the World through International Exchange

Join us to discuss the “Who, What, Where and Why” of study, volunteer, internship and other opportunities for Americans to travel to other countries. Exchange alumni with disabilities will share their stories and accommodation strategies for navigation abroad.
This half-day seminar and luncheon is intended for:
• People with disabilities living in the United States
• Representatives of U.S. disability organizations or agencies
• Higher education disability service providers
• Transition specialists, parents and school educators
Registration deadline: June 21, 2010 - Space limited to 50 participants, so register early!
Cost: $40 (includes lunch) Scholarship for a reduced rate available.
Wheelchair accessible; Disability-related accommodations such as ASL interpreters and alternative formats available upon request.
