Issues

Disabled father’s parental rights were terminated after the trial court found that he had abandoned his children for longer than one year despite being in a coma in a nursing home for a significant portion of the one-year time frame.

Status

Father has appealed the trial court’s decision.

The trial court’s decision was affirmed by the Court of Appeals.
